(1) The Board shall have a separate fund.
(2) The funds of the Board shall consist of the following amounts (a) Grant amount received from Government of Nepal,
(b) grant amount received from any foreign government or international organization,
(c) Grants received from cooperative associations, semi-governmental and non-governmental organizations,
(d) fees received for research and consultancy, and
(e) Amount received from other sources.
(3) The prior approval of the Government of Nepal should be obtained while receiving grant funds from foreign governments or international organizations.
(4) All funds received by the Board shall be deposited in any bank account within Nepal.
(5) All expenses to be incurred by the Board shall be met from the fund under sub-section (1).
